Development of 35 acres, phase 3 in 2001, of Deltaport Terminal.
Project consisted of container storage area, intermodal
yard, relocating the access road, a gateway facility structure,
underground utilities which included drainage, sanitary
sewer, water supply.

Sooke
reservoir Expansion Project, Sooke BC
$9.5 million
Construction for raising Sooke Reservoir was carried out in
two phases. The first phase, construction of the saddle dam,
started in September 2001. The second phase, construction
of the main dam, started in April 2002 and was completed in
December 2002.
