The CP Rail project involves the expansion of track within the existing Port Coquitlam Rail Yard.  Scope of work includes: excavation, offsite disposal, embankment construction, minor drainage works as well as supply and placement of import granular material, track installation is by others.  All work is within the context of an active and busy rail yard where safety and environmental controls are very stringent.
